Production Capabilities

Over the years we have produced everything from die bonders to steam engines. I'll post a more complete list and some photos in coming months. At the moment we're working on a small quantity of pop-pop boats.

Production Equipment and Tooling:

FLASH: at WESTEC we purchased a new CNC lathe and a 4-axis CNC machining center. NMP Products can now offer production quantities of "round" as well as "square" components. In addition to the widgets listed below, the facilities at NMP Products are now available for prototype and production work. Follow this link to a list of our shop facilities. -Series 1 Bridgeport, equipped with quick-change tooling, programmable single-axis CNC, DRO; Rotary Table and Indexer are at the ready.
-Dyna Mechtronics DM-1007 4-axis CNC Vertical Machining Center with 6-tool ATC
-Gorton Pantograph (a small one modified to cut turbine blades)

Saws:

-Chop Saw (bandsaw)

-Precision (+ or - .005in.) Wet Abrasive Cutoff Saw with pneumatic vise and DRO
