Auxiliary Feed Handle

This home-made widget increases the effectiveness of a store-bought "sensitive feed drill chuck" by adding an auxiliary feed handle. For repetitive drilling of small holes, this thing works great. Used together with the drill depth presetter long production jobs are much more bearable.

The quill clamping ring was made by first boring a hole in a bit of plate. I cut the ring's outer contour with a bandsaw and then cleaned it up with a belt grinder. Anodizing makes it look a little less funky.
